Frequently Asked Questions
How do I add clothes to my wardrobe?
You have two options: Use the Upload button in the Wardrobe tab to manually add individual clothing items, or use Build Wardrobe from Photos to automate the process. With Build Wardrobe, you grant access to your photo library, and our app intelligently scans your photos to find ones where you're wearing complete outfits—filtering for photos taken outdoors in different weather conditions. We select the best photo from each day to capture your wardrobe across various weather events.
Are my photos private?
Yes. When you use Build Wardrobe from Photos, all scanning and filtering happens entirely on your device—nothing is sent to our servers during this process. Only the photos you choose to add to your wardrobe are uploaded. Those uploaded photos are securely stored on our servers with encryption, and only you have access to them. We never share your photos with other users or use them for advertising.
Why does the app need my location?
We use your location to get accurate weather data for your area. This helps us recommend outfits that are appropriate for today's temperature, humidity, and conditions.
How does the AI recommend outfits?
Our AI analyzes your wardrobe to detect different types of clothing, accessories, and garments you own. By understanding what's in your closet, we can match the right outfit to the current weather conditions. You can also rate whether an outfit was too hot, perfect, or too cold, which helps our algorithm better choose the right outfit for future weather events.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings > Delete Account. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data including your wardrobe photos and preferences.
What about Build Wardrobe from Photos?
This feature lets our app scan your photo library to automatically build your wardrobe. We look for photos where you appear, then filter for images where you're wearing complete outfits—typically photos taken outdoors. From each day, we select the best representative photo, helping capture how you dress across different weather conditions throughout the year.
