- Photos from your device's photo library that you choose to upload
- We analyze these photos to identify clothing items for your wardrobe
On-Device Processing
When you use the "Build Wardrobe from Photos" feature, photo scanning and filtering happens entirely on your device. No photos are sent to our servers during this process. Only the photos you explicitly choose to add to your wardrobe are uploaded to our servers.

Face Recognition Data
We use face detection to identify you in your photos. This helps us analyze only your outfits, not other people who may appear in your photos.
- Face embeddings (mathematical representations) are created to group photos containing you
- This data is stored securely and used solely for wardrobe identification
- Face data cannot be used to reconstruct your actual face
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide Our Service - Analyze your wardrobe, generate personalized outfit recommendations, and display relevant weather information
- Improve Recommendations - Learn from your feedback to optimize suggestions over time
- Maintain and Improve the App - Fix bugs, develop new features, and analyze usage patterns
- Communicate with You - Send outfit suggestions and weather alerts (if enabled), and respond to support requests

Your Rights and Choices
Access and Control
You can:
- View your wardrobe and preferences in the app
- Delete individual outfit photos
- Modify your preferences at any time
Account Deletion
You can delete your account and all associated data by going to Settings > Delete Account in the app. This permanently removes your account, wardrobe, and preferences.
Permissions
- Location: You can disable location access in your device settings. Note that this will affect weather accuracy.
- Photo Library: You can revoke photo library access in your device settings.
Children's Privacy
Fit by Weather is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. These countries may have different data protection laws. By using Fit by Weather, you consent to such transfers.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and providing notice in the app for significant changes.
